How often does fomo change its fees?

Three times in the twelve days we have been checking. On 2026-08-08 the help center set a $0.95 minimum below 200 USDC. On 2026-08-14 it set a minimum of no more than 0.50 USDC below 100 USDC. On 2026-08-20 it carried the four size bands this calculator now models, with an “Updated yesterday” stamp on it. None of those three schedules is a rounding of the others.

fomo's Terms of Service used to state a conflicting minimum of “$0.95 per transaction” with no order-size qualifier, and this page used to spend several paragraphs on the gap between the two documents. That gap is closed. The Terms were rewritten on 2026-08-17 and now name no figure beyond perps, saying instead that the fee “depends on factors including the size and type of the transaction, the token involved, and how the transaction is routed” and “is displayed before you confirm the transaction,” and that fomo “may modify its fees at any time in its sole discretion.”

So the caution to take from this page is not that fomo contradicts itself. It is that the schedule moves, fomo reserves the right to move it without telling you, and the only number that binds your trade is the one on the confirmation screen.
