DISCLAIMER
This is an independent site.
If you came here looking for the fomo app itself, you are in the wrong place, and the right one is fomo.family. This site is written about fomo by someone with no connection to the company that makes it.
FomoAppGuide is an independent, unofficial resource. It is not affiliated with, produced by, reviewed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by FOMO Labs, Inc., the company behind the fomo app. "fomo" and all related names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify and comment on the products this site covers. For anything official, go to fomo.family.
No affiliation
FomoAppGuide is published independently by Concept211. There is no commercial relationship, partnership, sponsorship, joint venture, or agency arrangement between this site and FOMO Labs, Inc.. Nobody at that company writes, reviews, approves, or checks anything published here before it goes up, and nothing on this site should be read as their statement.
The one commercial link that does exist runs the other way and is disclosed on every page: this site participates in fomo's public referral program, which anyone can join, and earns a share of trading fees from readers who sign up through its link. That is an affiliate relationship of the ordinary kind. It does not make this site official, and it gives it no access to the company, to your account, or to any information you would not have yourself.
This site cannot help with fomo account problems. It cannot access accounts, reset logins, reverse transactions, or recover funds. If you need support, use fomo's own help center. Anyone who contacts you claiming to be fomo support, or claiming to be this site offering to recover funds, is not who they say they are.
Trademarks and names
"fomo" and any associated names, logos, and marks are the property of FOMO Labs, Inc. or its licensors. Other product names, company names, and marks on this site belong to their respective owners. All of them are used here for identification, reference, and commentary about the products in question. Their use does not imply any endorsement of this site, or any affiliation with it.
The site mark, the wordmark, and the page designs on FomoAppGuide are this site's own and are not fomo's. Where an article shows fomo's interface, that is a screenshot used to illustrate what the article is describing. Where a small brand icon appears beside a company's name in body text, that is to identify the company being discussed and nothing more.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and none of it is a recommendation to trade. Trading crypto carries real risk of total loss. Whether a product is lawful, how a trade is taxed, and what is available where all vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Check the primary sources, read the platform's own terms, and speak to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read on this site.
In particular, this site does not tell you whether any product is lawful for you to use, whether any token is or is not a security, whether any platform is exempt from identity-verification or anti-money-laundering obligations, or how any transaction should be reported on a tax return. Those are determinations for a qualified professional who knows your circumstances and your jurisdiction. Where an article touches on such a topic, it aims to describe only what is observable, such as what a terms-of-service document says or what the app shows on screen, and to link the primary source so you can read it yourself.
The limits of what this site knows
This site is written from public sources. It has no inside knowledge of FOMO Labs, Inc. or of any other company it writes about, and it tries to be careful about the difference between what can be observed and what would have to be assumed.
On motive. Where an article describes a product decision, a fee structure, or a restriction, it is describing the effect of that thing, not the reasoning behind it. Nobody here can see inside a private company's decision-making. Where this site does attribute a reason, it should be quoting a public statement and linking it. If you find a passage that asserts why something was done without such a link, that is an error and we would like to hear about it.
On who does what. Corporate structure, ownership, funding, headcount, and the terms of commercial arrangements between third parties are difficult to establish from outside. Where this site states such a thing, it should carry a source and a date. Details of this kind also go stale quickly.
On numbers. Fees, volumes, and rates change. Figures on this site are dated and attributed to where they came from, most often fomo's own documentation or a public data source. Always check the live figure before you rely on it, because the authoritative version is the one the app charges you, not the one written here.
Third-party products and services
Several things reachable inside the fomo app are not fomo's. Perpetual futures are one clear example: fomo's own terms of use state that perps "are offered, operated, matched, and settled entirely by independent, third-party decentralized protocols" and that fomo "does not operate, control, intermediate, custody, or settle Perps trading." Wallet keys are handled by a third-party provider. Card and Apple Pay funding runs through payment companies. Tokens are issued by whoever issued them, and the blockchains involved are run by their own networks.
Where this site names the responsible party, it is trying to be accurate rather than to assign blame. Responsibility for a third party's product sits with that third party, not with fomo and not with this site. This site does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any external site it links to.
Accuracy, and how to report an error
Everything here is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. This site is updated by hand and the products it covers change without notice, so parts of it will be out of date at any given moment. Nothing on this site creates any obligation, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision involving your money.
Corrections are taken seriously and get priority over everything else. If something here is wrong, email info@fomoappguide.com or use the contact page. Pointing at the specific sentence and the source that contradicts it is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Commercial disclosure
This site contains referral and affiliate links. Signing up to fomo through our link gives you a permanent 10% discount on trading fees, taking the standard rate from 0.50% to 0.45%, and pays us 25% of the fees you go on to pay, both figures per fomo's help center as of 14 August 2026. The discount applies whichever referral code you use, including one that earns us nothing, and it can only be entered at signup. We also earn commission on partner links such as hardware wallets, VPNs, and tax software, at no extra cost to you. None of that decides what makes the list, and it has not stopped us publishing the fee math: the page explaining what fomo actually charges once the small-order minimum applies is the one we put the most work into, and it is not flattering. We only recommend tools we would use ourselves, and we say plainly who each one is wrong for. Nothing here is financial advice.
More detail on how this site is funded and how it decides what to recommend is on the referral page and in the methodology.
fomo's own channels
